How support works

    Every campus gets a program partner who knows your common read, your calendar, and your hosts by name. Same-day answers during the academic year, on email or a shared channel — your pick.

  2. Launch is done with you

    SSO setup with your IT team, hands-on help getting your rosters in, and a live training for your first cohort of hosts — all before week one. Our commitment: signed to first meeting in under a month.

  3. Help inside the room

    Hosts get in-app guides for the moments that matter — first session, a quiet room, a heated one — plus a semester check-in with your partner to tune the program from what the data shows.

Our promise

If a club can't meet because of us, that's our emergency. Anything blocking a session gets a human response within the hour, any day classes are in session.
