Do students need to download anything?
One free app. No accounts to pre-provision — students sign in through WorkOS, with campus SSO when your IdP is connected.
Is every discussion really recorded?
Only when a host taps record, and everyone in the room can see it. A club can also meet without recording at all.
How does this fit our common-read program?
Set the title once and every club — housing, first-year seminars, alumni chapters — reads in step, on your calendar.
What about privacy and FERPA?
Rosters and recordings stay inside your institution's workspace, with consent-gated recording, an auditable consent ledger, and export or erasure on request.
